I’m Michael van den Brandt, founder of Delarde. For about 30 years I have worked in personal leadership and professional careers, as a coach, a trainer and a leader of international teams.
The tools keep changing. What doesn’t: judgment, direction and the ability to connect with people. I founded Delarde to give you the playbook I wish I had, practical, human and built to last.
